The Feeling in the Room

One moment our bodies are healthy and vibrant and the next… well not so much.  I found myself in one of those “not so much” moments, where I experienced life more through my senses and a little less through my intellect.  What I noticed is how the room changed when various people entered or departed…

Better or Worse
Peaceful or Stressful
Happy or Tense

Perhaps the insight here is that we need to engage both our senses and intellect with people.  And… recognize we create the feeling others receive.

Choose and create those feelings wisely.
